**The Role**:
Step into the adventure at The Adventure Group as a Dispatcher You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations coordinating with guides, drivers, and guest services to ensure each adventure runs smoothly and on time. With a mix of organization and quick thinking, you'll help deliver incredible experiences to our guests every day. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being at the center of the action, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Be ready for the start of shift, often responsible for opening of base area and ensuring everything is ready to go for start of day
- As the primary point of contact between all offices, guides, drivers and site operations, ensure radio and phone are always monitored.
- Monitor timing of guest shuttles to ensure drivers stay on schedule for the day
- Stay up to date on space availability of tours, most current guest numbers and pick up locations
- Main liaison and point of contact for incidents and/or emergencies. Follows established protocols and procedures for incidents and/or emergencies
- Assist the managers with organizing and delegation of staff and operational delivery.
- Monitor all communication avenues to ensure up to date on last minute changes or schedules. Communicates changes immediately to appropriate staff
- Oversees vehicle, building key distribution and sign-out/in according with established procedures
- Assist with closing procedures including tasks such as staff call outs, changes in tours for next day and lock up of site
- Other duties as reasonably directed

**Requirements**:

- Experience and working knowledge of TAG’s activities and departmental interdependencies
- Strong understanding TAG’s activities, flow of operations, resource needs, focus on safety, guest service expectations and guest service needs and challenges
- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and strong communication skills.
- Able to work early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- Strong competency with computers. Reservations software experience an asset
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure
- 80-hour first-aid certification (i.e. Occupational First-Aid - level III; Outdoor Emergency Care - level III, or Wilderness First-Aid).
- Driver’s License, Class 4 an asset.
