**Job Summary**:
**Location: Servomax, 1790 rue Beaulac, Ville St Laurent**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5 pm**

**As an Accounts Receivables Coordinator, you will**:

- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Upload invoices to clients’ portals and verify payment status
- Generate and send out invoices and statements
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Enter daily key data of financial transactions in database
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

**About you**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma or relevant certification
- 3 years accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, Dynamic GP, and other accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Well organized and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform data entry, filing and record keeping tasks
- Bilingual in French and English
