As a Accounts Receivables Coordinator your responsibilities will be the following:
**Job description**:

- Participate in daily cash deposits when required.
- Process and record check payments in the accounting system in a multi-company context.
- Conduct credit investigations discreetly and efficiently, providing recommendations to the supervisor.
- Handle overdue accounts in collaboration with the supervisor and account managers. Ensure monthly billing for multiple companies.
- Manage files with a high level of confidentiality, diligence, and integrity.
- Maintain direct interactions with clients, balancing tact and firmness to preserve relationships and ensure account collection.

**Job requirements**:

- College diploma in administrative techniques is an asset.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Bilingualism required: strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
