I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your world. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I am looking for an Accounts Receivable Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode. Manage the entire accounts receivable cycle, including applying payments and monitoring balances. Analyze late payments, send reminders, and handle customer disputes. Ensure customer files in the accounting system are accurate and up to date. Identify, analyze, and validate customer deductions according to current agreements. Coordinate the monitoring of deductions with internal teams and propose corrective actions. Record adjustments and contribute to credit risk analysis. DEC in accounting or equivalent experience in a similar role. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit. Bilingualism in French and English required for interactions with external clients. Proficiency in Excel and office software. Comfortable with accounting or ERP systems (an asset). Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities. PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
