Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pantry Chef to join our team. As a Pantry Chef, you will be responsible for assisting with the cold food preparation station, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling salads
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pantry area
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality of dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Help with meal preparation for special events or catering orders
- Support the Head Chef in any additional tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
