**This role will be 15-25 hours a week at both locations**:
179 King Street East, Hamilton Ontario, L8H 1B3
137 Ottawa Street North, Hamilton, Ontario, L8H 3Z2**What You’ll Do**
- Welcome new vape clientele and long-time customers, consulting them on their wants/needs and determining vapour products suited to them
- Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements while educating clients about product functions
- Advise customers on usage and maintenance of vaping devices including demonstrating the device, tasting and sharing your vaping experiences
- Serve multiple customers at a time while delivering a great 180 Smoke customer experience
- Open/Close the store on-time where applicable
- Answer customer questions/concerns in person and via phone
- Take phone orders and curbside pickup orders where applicable
- Maintain store experience and atmosphere at all times and perform all other roles as necessary
- Receiving orders, practicing first-in-first-out merchandising, and following all loss prevention practices within the retail store
- Periodically conducting inventory counts and/or inventory cycle counts
- Utilizing in-store communication where shift overlap is not possible to ensure other team members are equally informed on in-store developments

**Who You Are**
- Team player with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers to meet goals
- Previous experience working in a customer focused environment
- Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required
- Able to handle customer interactions professionally
- Previous experience with vapor products (e-cigarettes or herbal vaporizers) is an asset
