Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Process customer transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Experience: - Previous experience in technical sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred - Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively upsell products and meet sales goals - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficient in English language (additional language proficiency is a plus) - Cashiering experience is an asset - Strong time management skills We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth. Pay: $66,591.00-$73,349.00 per year
