**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in driving sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and providing change.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience with cashiering duties.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and services to meet customer needs.
- Competence in operating POS systems efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
