**Jr. Operations Manager - Full Time**

**Fraser Valley (Greater Vancouver) Franchise**

**Compensation: $21/hour starting wage + performance bonus of up to 1.25% of daily revenue**

The Jr. Operations Manager is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically.

Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):

- Supervising a team of Truck Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals that you have set with the assistance of the business owner.
- Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
- Performing office responsibilities including maintaining an organized workspace.
- Manage daily operations including GANTT and customer contact
- Participate and support Ops in Morning Meeting
- Update Attendance Tracker (Call Ins, Late, etc.)
- Oversee Daily truck inspection (start and end of day)
- Ensure COGS are entered in Pipeline for every operating day
- Report any issues that arise from daily operations - accidents, damages or customer issues
- Complete Welcome Calls/Texts (Via Driveline)
- A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong desire to help others excel and hit goals
- Valid driver's license
