The Commercial Account Rep maintains relationships with our current customers and identifies and develops opportunities for new business.
The Account Rep is assigned a portfolio of customers. The role collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Responsibilities include:
- Market the full line of BBSpro’s products and solutions in a designated territory
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
- Develop leads, build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively use company equipment and platforms to create a professional experience for customers
- Assist the finance and customer service departments in keeping all accounts within the territory in good standing
- Achieve sales growth by retaining and growing existing customer base
- Provide regular site inspections and provide service feedback to the service department
- Other duties as required
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Valid Driver’s License, own reliable vehicle (vehicle allowance provided), and good driving record
- Mechanical aptitude for explaining basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical components, and for preforming mechanical warewash service support duties such as checking machine temperatures, replacing squeeze tubes, etc.,
- Experience with solution based sales while creating Raving Fans of our customers
- Physically able to demonstrate the products requiring occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Computer literate and technically savvy to be effective in the role
- Experience in the food or beverage industry - especially sanitation and warewash - would be an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
