We are an established wealth management and investment publishing firm with 25+ years’ experience in subscription marketing and independent portfolio management with assets under management verging on $1 billion and growing.

Successful Investor Wealth Management (‘SIWM’) is actively seeking a Junior Sales and Client Service professional with strong relationship management skills who will provide high quality service to high-net-worth prospects and clients and contribute to the growth of the organization.

As the **Junior Sales &** **Client Support Associate**, you are a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is responsible for supporting the Sales team and their efforts. You will also support the Client Service team by assisting existing clients while maintaining the utmost professionalism in each of your interactions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales**
- Participate in the Company’s in-house training to master:

- The three-part Successful Investor Approach to investing.
- How to explain and educate prospects on Successful Investor’s investment philosophy in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner.
- Assist the Account Executive(s) prepare and host ongoing webinars/seminars to educate prospects, generate leads and increase assets under management. This includes making calls to invite attendees to webinars, sending out scheduled invitations, assisting during the webinar, post event sales tracking and webinar moderation.
- Assist with the planning and execution of in-person seminars.
- Make calls to stale prospects with the goal of generating interest/new leads.
- Maintain the sales component of the CRM system.
- Assist with managing leads in the sales pipeline to ensure they move through the funnel appropriately.
- Conduct prospect/client surveys by phone and online.
- Explore new technologies to set-up meetings, host webinars and other digital events.
- Call current leads on the Account Executive’s behalf to book appointments.
- Provide support to the Sales & Client Service Associate as needed to onboard new clients.
- Assist in generating revenue through top-ups and upsells.
- Assist with departmental administration, account opening paperwork, and research.
- Ongoing reporting and analysis.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Customer Service**
- Liaison with the appropriate team members for assistance and escalate as required to quickly resolve client enquiries where they fall outside first line response.
- Engage with clients in a professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Foster strong long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional client support and upholding our customer-first culture.
- Develop expertise and knowledge regarding our wealth management services, software, procedures and paperwork to ensure optimal client service and assistance.
- Learn and be able to perform customer service task such as:

- Opening new accounts.
- LIRA/LIF conversions.
- Updating personal information.
- Assisting with online web access.
- Providing account balances.
- Assist the department and team with additional tasks and special projects as required.

**REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications, Experience & Skills)**:

- University degree in business or equivalent.
- 2+ years sales experience and/or customer service; experience within the area of wealth management or financial services would be an asset.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (or be willing to obtain within the first six months of employment).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant telephone manner with exceptional conversation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface and articulate well with all employees, prospects and clients in a highly professional, timely and friendly manner.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Ability to solve, prioritize and manage multiple client inquiries and department tasks simultaneously.
- Results oriented and highly driven to achieve set goals and targets.
- Detail oriented, thorough and organized.
- Punctual and reliable.

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Working hours are typically 9:00am -5:00pm but may occasionally run beyond based on workload and deadlines, as well as to accommodate client schedules.
- Will include attending some off-site meetings, and occasional overnight travel.

Located near Yonge St. and Sheppard Ave. in North York, Toronto.
