**As an Junior Sales and Desk Manager, a typical day might include the following**:

- Support and assist in the overall sales conversion of new and used leads through phone, internet and floor
- Manage floor traffic and develop strategy, flow and appointment generation and confirmation
- Require to prepare desk deals
- Responsible to be involved with Customer follow ups
- Support New/Used Car Manager coverage
- Responsible to follow up on Sales staff overdue tasks; holds team accountable
- Manages and supports the overall CRM tool management
- Supports lease portfolio; equity managing and lease renewals.
- Evaluate sales opportunities when Toyota monthly incentives are adjusted
- Support the development of High Performance Sales Culture within our Sales Team
- Responsible with assisting the onboarding of new Sales Staff
- Enhance and ensure sales processes are followed where required
- Assist in appraising Used Cars

**This job might be right for you if you**:

- You have previous experience in an automotive sales role and have demonstrated the ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining the established sales quotas
- You have previous automotive sales experience.
- You have obtained your OMVIC certification.
- You have a passion for customer service.
- You use your strong communication skills to develop buyers by building and maintaining rapport with customers.
- You are self-motivated and driven.
- You volunteer for new challenges and responsibilities, all while maintaining high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
