Who We're Looking ForThis role is perfect for recent grads who want to break into sales and thrive in a performance-based environment. You are:A natural communicator with a friendly, outgoing personalityA self-starter who thrives on challenges and growthMotivated by results, rewards, and recognitionEager to develop real-world business and leadership skillsPassionate about personal development and career progressionExperience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a great asset — but not required. If you've got the drive, we'll train the rest. Important DetailsLocation: Must be able to commute to Etobicoke, ONCompensation: Uncapped commission-based pay with $500 guaranteed each week during our 4 week training program.
