**Job Overview**

The Facility Services Assistant - may work in any location on client premises. This individual Is responsible for managing/servicing the corporate coffee services program; providing assistance with catering delivery, set up and removal along with various other administrative tasks.

**Corporate Office Coffee Services**
- Fully responsible for keeping the campus employee coffee areas well stocked, clean and organized. This would include tasks such as: ordering product, delivering supplies to multiple locations on Campus, arranging for maintenance, troubleshooting (if possible), cleaning the equipment, handling any billing issues, inventory control and providing any other ancillary services that are related to the coffee program.

**Catering Assistance**
- Assisting Administrative staff with catered events:

- Duties would include but are not limited to: food delivery, setup, and cleanup after the event.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Assisting team members with printing, photo copying, computer work, data entry, making phone calls, dealing with vendors
- Light house keeping
- Conference room setup
- Distribute paper and supplies to copy centers and conference rooms
- Complete basic delivery and pickup of material at the direction of others
- Perform general cleaning labour as needed to support other roles
- Perform any additional duties as required

**Key Requirements**
- High school diploma and relevant industry experience
- Able to work independently with mínimal to no supervision and as a part of team
- Excellent customer service skills

**Physical Requirements**
- Must have ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and our pull and frequently lift up to 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be capable to stand or walk for considerable periods of time

**Personal Specification**

- Demonstrates good judgement.
- Maintains high standards for work areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients, vendors and staff with professionalism and respect.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
