**Description of Job**

Tranel Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day site activities and lead the team to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors on-site to ensure smooth execution of work
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure the progress of the scope of work aligns with the project schedule
- Order materials and equipment and ensure timely delivery to site, in alignment with project timelines
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety
- Train, mentor, and supervise Tranel Group workers, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations
- Manage subcontractors to optimize efficiency and quality, and develop work schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing of work and avoid delays
- Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously and manage resources effectively to meet project goals
- Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets and cost control
- Identify and eliminate safety hazards by conducting regular safety audits and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist the project management team in planning and managing workloads, ensuring project milestones are met
- Schedule daily and weekly tasks for all workers on job sites

**Years of Experience**: more than 5 years

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to interpret and implement building plans and drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with Cayman Islands construction laws and codes, as well as Health and Safety legislation
- Experience working in a similar Construction Site Supervisor role
- Experience in luxury/high-end residential and commercial construction projects. From ground up build and renovations/fit outs
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Buildertrend or similar scheduling and project management software
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment when required
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle/transportation to job sites
