MBCI Construction is Canada's leading general contractor specializing in Retail, Restaurant and Commercial Construction. We are currently hiring for a Site Supervisor role within our company. The Site Supervisor will work along side the Project Manager to ensure the project is done on time, on budget and up to a high quality standard and to the clients satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- MUST have commercial and retail construction experience
- QSR (Quick Service Restaurant Construction) and ICI (Industrial, commercial, and institutional sector are mandatory
- 4 years of construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years overall construction experience
- 2 years in a construction supervisory capacity
- Advanced knowledge of construction engineering, construction safety and construction contract administration
- Estimating and budgeting site changes, soil reports and controlling construction scheduling
- Experience with executing construction projects safely, within a timeline and on budget
- Advanced knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Fire Protection and Prevention Act, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, WSIB, all other laws and regulations for construction, and general practices and standards
- Basic computer skills with MS Office, Excel and Word in order to use and manipulate various logs and spreadsheets.

Skills/Qualifications
- Must be experienced in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant Construction) and ICI (Industrial, commercial, and institutional sector)
- Must be willing to travel throughout Ontario and other provinces.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (10pm - 7am)
- Must have strong leadership skills and conflict resolution
- Must be able to deal with complex issues and maintain effective working relationships
- Must have the ability to properly review and interpret complex reports, recognize problems, define and evaluate solutions
- Must be able to identify risk and implement risk management strategies and techniques
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
