The Dentures Coordinator will report to the Denture Lab Manager.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Provide a daily list to technicians of cases to be completed.
- Ensure that all components for case completion (printed models, teeth, bases) are printed/milled.
- Check the status of design videos that have been sent.
- Contribute to company projects/goals (Kaizens, Greenbelt).
- Make and receive non-technical phone calls.
- Update case information (change product, change teeth number, shade).
- Create order forms for cases to be scanned.
- Support designers and technicians (finding previous cases, scans).
- Place supplies orders for Dentures team.
- Input important phone call case information into our Lab database.
- Other duties as required.

**What You Will Need**
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Aptitude for working both collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative and customer service role is preferred.
- Previous dental office experience would be considered an asset.

**Job Type**
- Full-time Monday to Friday during business hours (8:00am-6:00pm).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.19-$26.00 per hour
