**Description**:
If you are an experienced Orthodontics Technician seeking an opportunity with a company that has a people-first culture, we want to hear from you

**General Responsibilities**:

- Design and bend wire for various fixed and removable orthodontic appliances.
- Pouring, trimming, and polishing appliances.
- Read and follow detailed instructions from the dental professional.
- Prepare dental models for the fabrication of appliances.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Comfortable working in a team environment to complete cases.
- Support leadership team with other duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- CDT/RDT license preferred but not required.
- Minimum 5 years of wire bending experience.
- Knowledge of orthodontic appliances and their functionality.
- Fabrication on ALF, Hang, and Olmos appliances preferred but not required.
- Be able to multitask and make quick decisions.
- Keep up with the fast-paced operation.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
- Must possess effective oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate a professional and effective manner.
