**Production Technician - Join Our Growing Team**

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Production Technician** to join our dynamic manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that builds cutting-edge technology, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you’ll be assembling high-quality electronic products in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment, using both your technical skills and attention to detail to help deliver products our customers can rely on.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assemble electronic products including circuit boards, heatsinks, cables, and hardware using clear work instructions
- Perform cable assembly and soldering
- Set up and operate production equipment and fixtures
- Inspect and monitor products and processes to ensure top-level quality
- Identify and solve basic production issues
- Work independently and with a team to meet daily production goals
- Learn new tools, processes, and technologies as the company grows
- Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized work area

**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in a related technical or manufacturing field
- At least **3 years of experience** in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience assembling electronic components and working with circuit boards
- Comfortable lifting up to **40 lbs independently** (80 lbs with assistance)
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well with others

Salary Range $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
