**About Corvus Energy**

**Position Summary**

The Production Technician is responsible for the assembly of Corvus’ product as well as final product testing. Attention to detail, quality awareness and team focus are the position’s key assets.

**Salary Range**:$22.00 to $26.00 CDN per hour

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble the mechanical and electronic components of the Company’s Energy Storage System (“ESS”).
- Operate and monitor machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production process to build Corvus’ products. This includes setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.
- Conduct product testing on battery packs (requires an awareness of working around heavy duty electrical equipment).
- Collaborate with Team Lead and engineers to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency, process safety and product quality.
- Implement and maintain 5S in production area.
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any defects or issues with the products and offer feedback for work instructions modifications when necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety. This may include replacing worn-out parts and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated on Corvus’ new technology/work instructions and provide training to new technicians or team members as necessary.
- Adhere to all QHSE safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safety procedures.
- Work closely with other members of the production or operations team, including machine operators, quality control inspectors, engineers, and supervisors, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Other tasks as required.

**Education and Work Experience**
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a production technician.
- High School diploma as a minimum.

**Functional Skills**:

- Awareness of ESD sensitive component handling.
- Ability to work in a multi-shift environment is an asset.
- Proficiency in the use of computers.
- Good at using regular tools with a fundamental understanding of both mechanical and electrical concepts.
- Familiarity with the principles of Lean Manufacturing and in the value of continuous improvement.
- Ability to understand work instructions and drawings.
- Be physically able to lift 20kg without assistance.

- Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Detail-oriented.
