As a **Heavy-Duty Equipment Installer**at Parts for Trucks, you will play a pivotal role in the installation and assembly of heavy machinery and equipment. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our clients' equipment is set up correctly, efficiently, and safely. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**:Safely and efficiently install, assemble, and set up heavy equipment according to manufacturer specifications and engineering drawings.
- **Equipment** **Inspection**: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment components and systems to verify proper installation and functionality.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any installation issues or technical challenges that may arise during the process.
- **Safety**: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of equipment installations, including assembly details, adjustments, and quality control checks.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with shop supervisor and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus.
- Aptitude in welding, metal fabrication, basic hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Commitment to safety and the ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
