Heavy-duty Painter

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming.
- Perform color matching and ensure consistent finish quality.
- Operate paint booths, spray guns, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company and customer standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job status and timelines.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an automotive or heavy-duty painter (truck, equipment, or industrial).
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Experience operating spray equipment and paint booths.
- Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety procedures.
- Knowledge in masking and prepping for prime and paint.
