Dental Office Receptionist/manager

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the dental office, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
- Staff management, coordinate with dental staff to optimize workflow and enhance patient experiences.
- Handle phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Assist in training new staff members on office procedures and software usage.
- Monitor inventory levels of dental supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure that the office environment is welcoming, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role within a dental or medical office setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Proficiency in using 'Tracker' or similar dental practice management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or front desk administrator is advantageous.
