Office Administrator

Duties
- Reporting to the President and Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Handling special projects and requests from the President.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, signing for packages, and maintaining a clean reception area.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Provide general clerical support such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Generating estimates and work orders.
- Compiling customer details and Banking data for specified terms
- Following up on estimates in collaboration with the President and General Manager.
- Manage the A/R invoicing process.
- Collaborating with the President to update and renew the company website with pictures and information.
- Coordinating with the President for the procurement of necessary supplies.
- Assist with organizing and Filing.
- Recording job times on work orders and Scan /file completed work orders.
- Providing operational and customer support.
- Assisting the team with various duties.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Administratives practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
**Salary**: $21.63-$24.03 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
