6:00am - 2:30pm

Monday - Friday morning shift

**About the position**:
Line Operators are responsible to run the various machine lines, ensuring the product is up to specifications prior to the baking process.

**Job Duties**:

- Do start-up check lists as needed, each shift
- Ensure appropriate machine components are in place as per product specifications and change out as needed; while following lock out procedures
- Monitor machine controls
- Weigh/measure test pieces of dough at regular specified intervals to ensure QA specifications are met
- Fill topping distributor trays as needed as per specifications
- Ensure all cut dough products are consistent
- Collect and discard/recycle excess dough
- Unjam dough as needed, as per safe work procedures provided per line
- Clear debris from areas of machine as needed using compressed air
- Keep area clean and tidy, free of hazards for duration of shift; follow all safety procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strict attention to detail
- Experience working in a bakery production facility is preferred
- Able to follow directions; verbal and written communication in English
- Able to work quickly and efficiently; work well under pressure
- A willingness to collaborate and contribute ideas to improve team performance
- Support and encourage fellow team members and their success
- Punctuality and good attendance is required

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
