This is an opportunity to join early, close meaningful deals, and help shape the next phase of growth.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Production and Fulfillment Specialist to run day to day production and fulfillment for our ecommerce and enterprise orders. This is a hands on, in person role based in our Old Port Montreal office.You will prepare designs, print products, package orders, manage inventory, and ensure everything ships correctly and on time. You will also help improve processes and support light marketing activations when needed.What You’ll Do:• Manage orders from our Shopify store• Prepare and design business card layouts and logos• Print, package, and ship custom products• Handle fulfillment, shipping, returns, and replacements• Track orders end to end and flag issues early• Manage inventory for internal stock and Amazon• Coordinate restocking and supplier communication• Support bulk and enterprise orders• Maintain simple processes and documentation• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements• Help test and launch new physical productsWhat We Are Looking For:• Strong attention to detail• Comfortable working with physical products and production equipment• Organized and reliable• Willing to take ownership and improve processes• Comfortable working with tools like Shopify and basic design toolsRole Details:$50,000 CAD base salaryFull time positionOnsite role based in our Old Port Montreal officeGrowth Opportunity:Opportunity to grow into a senior operations or operations management roleDirect collaboration with leadership on process and product decisionsHands on experience building and scaling operations in a fast growing startupAdditional PerksDirect impact, zero bureaucracy, fast decision-makingMonthly gym membership coveredQuarterly team outings and off-siteLearning budget for courses, books, or conferencesInclude a wellness allowance, company provided equipment, and access to our Montreal office.If you like building, shipping, improving systems, and seeing real products go out the door, this role will be a great fit.
