**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business development and increase market share.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, forecasting revenue, and managing customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards sales goals.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Exceptional analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: $45,833.15-$132,146.00 per year
