Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Manager to oversee our cannabis testing and environmental testing laboratory. As the Lab Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and efficiently, and managing a team of laboratory technicians.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including the scheduling of tests and the allocation of resources
- Ensure that all testing is performed accurately and efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order at all times
- Manage and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results to clients and stakeholders
- Participate in the development and implementation of new testing methods and techniques
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments, and ensure that the laboratory is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, environmental science)
- At least 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis testing and environmental testing methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
