**What you’ll do**
- The Arts and Entertainment Management diploma program trains students to demonstrate ethical leadership while assuming administrative roles within the creative industry that align with their individual strengths, preferences, values, and beliefs. Throughout the program, students are presented with numerous experiential learning opportunities and are encouraged to pursue projects that resonate with their personal interests and aspirations.
- The lab supervisor will support students in front-of-house positions.
- The lab supervisor may mentor students with various aspects of developing and producing arts/entertainment events and other cultural products or support field trips and other events as needed.
- This position works under the direction of the course instructor(s) and will meet regularly with the instructor(s) to ensure progression of student learning.

**What you’ll bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of and at least five years of experience in front of house management and event management, including supervisory roles
- Current involvement in the creative and cultural sector
- The ability to inspire students to strive for equity, diversity, and inclusion in arts and cultural events for both the team and the audience
