Your daily commute will be to the same client and you will establish a working relationship with the client and their team.
This is a salaried position for regular daytime hours with an occasional late shift to coordinate with other team members.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot AV issues and provide solutions
- Work with Matrix programmers, support resources to upload and test AV controls
- Work with Manufacturers on RMAs when required
- Perform comprehensive, onsite audio-visual installation including low voltage wiring, rack setup, projector and screen installations, speakers and control systems.
- Perform some AV installation tasks including low-voltage wire pulls, soldering and crimping audio, video and network cables
- Maintain daily communication with schedulers, installation managers and clients on status of project and task lists
- Occasional evening shift will be required from time to time

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to work and think independently and work under tight deadlines
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and signal flow for audio, video and control
- Troubleshooting, quality checks, servicing abilities, problem solving abilities
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Willing to mentor Junior level installers

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of audiovisual integration experience
- Post-secondary education in Electronics, Broadcasting, or a relevant field is preferred
- Crestron/Extron/AMX programming/configuration experience preferred
- Avixa CTS or CTS-I Certification
- Any Industry recognized training: Crestron, Biamp, Extron, QSC, Dante

**Safety**:

- Bondable, clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work on ladders and lifts
- Trade certifications: WHMIS, fall arrest, scissor lift and other safety Certifications
