General Sales Manager

Oakville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram is looking for our next General Sales Manager—not just someone who knows how to sell cars, but someone who knows how to lead people and drive results. If you’re the type who knows how to rally a team, hit goals, and keep things running smoothly without turning the place into a pressure cooker, we’d love to talk.
What the Role Looks Like:
- Lead a team of sales professionals—coaching, motivating, and holding them accountable
- Speaks F&I fluently
- Drive performance across the board: sales volume, gross, CSI, retention
- Hire and develop top talent, while helping your current team level up
- Keep an eye on inventory, pricing, and the overall customer experience
- Work closely with the GM and other department leads to keep things aligned and efficient
- Make sure we’re staying compliant with OEM programs and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in dealership sales management (CDJR experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
- Strong leadership skills—you know how to manage a team without micromanaging
- Comfortable with numbers and tracking performance
- Solid understanding of how to close deals _and_ build long-term customer relationships
- Familiar with tools like Dealertrack, Dealersocket, Vauto, and CRMs
- Clean driving record and valid license

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
