**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Accounts Receivable Technician will be primarily responsible for billing and collecting outstanding balances. He/she will also be called upon for various projects and other ad hoc requests

**Task Performed**:

- Enter the amounts to be invoiced in the planning software (Compass) and in the accounting system (Great Plains)
- Prepare project invoices, in collaboration with another accounts receivable technician
- Respond to client questions related to invoicing
- Participate in the collection of delinquent accounts, taking care of accounts of normal to moderate complexity
- Review certain invoices prepared by colleagues
- Contribute to the maintenance of ongoing customer data
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Other ad hoc requests and special projects

**Desired Profile**:

- College diploma or vocational diploma
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to evolve in a complex and constantly changing environment
- Bilingualism (French and English, both oral and written)
- Attention to detail
