**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for managing financial transactions.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding account status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare tax documents
- Manage invoicing
- Monitoring AP and AR accounts keeping them current
- Complete payroll processes and reporting

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, with familiarity in financial services being advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and data entry are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- English/French Bilingualism is an asset
- Experience on DYNACOM an asset
- Communication skills and excellent customer service
- Professional descretion
