Recreational Power Sports, a locally owned, marine sports company is looking for an experienced _SEO/SEM Specialist_ to join our growing team

**Responsibilities include**:

- Create and manage campaigns on Google
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving website rankings
- Managing SEO of multiple websites
- Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing
- Scraping WordPress sites to optimize and improve performance
- Improving performance and backend of Shopify
- Backing up websites and managing the server
- Editing WordPress/Squarespace sites
- Drive traffic to our websites and explore new ways to reach and engage with our community

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2+ years proven SEO experience
- Proficiency in WordPress and Squarespace
- A critical thinker with great problem-solving skills
- Have an expert working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience with e-commerce websites and understanding of e-commerce SEO strategies

**Schedule**:

- Working hours between the hours of 7:45 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
