We are looking for an expeinced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate for our client located at Stouffville. They are into the business of pool cleaning and maintenance.

Responsbilities:

- Coordinate all purchasing requests and returns, ensuring timely communication with the warehouse manager.
- Provide clear instructions to staff on the proper procedures for removing and returning inventory items from the warehouse.
- Maintain efficient organization of warehouse inventory, ensuring that each item has a designated location and is stored appropriately.
- Accurately update the company database with stock information, including inventory levels and warehouse locations.
- Promptly report any instances of missing or lost inventory to management for resolution.
- Fulfill orders for various departments and customers, picking items from inventory as needed.
- Facilitate the transportation of products between the warehouse and offsite storage facilities.
- Coordinate and manage daily shipment schedules with multiple carriers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct store deliveries as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inspect all incoming shipments to verify accuracy and assess condition.
- Unload trucks by Forklift and Hand.
- Requirements:
Forklift certification preferred, or an interest in Forklift training.
- Ontario driver's license is required.
- Year of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving using different carriers.
- Ability to safely lift to 50 pounds and adhere to proper lifting techniques.
- Capacity to maintain physical stamina for extended periods, predominantly while standing.
- Aptitude for quick problem-solving and effective prioritization of daily tasks based on urgency.
- Customer service mindset beneficial for fostering positive interactions with employees and customers.
- Experience operating a Bobcat is considered an asset.

Location: Stouffville, ON

Shift: 12 hours shift + Overtime

Pay Rate: $22/hr to $25/hr (depending upon experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
