**3DS** is an Exhibit design and fabrication company located in Delta BC and Toronto ON. We create custom Interactive Environments and Exhibits for Museums, Science Centres, and Ski Industry hospitality and retail clients. For over 40 years, 3DS has been an industry leader in the creative fabrication business, working across North America. We are currently interviewing for the position of Project Coordinator.

We require a **PROJECT COORDINATOR** to join our team to assist Project Managers and the Business Development teams with all tasks required to successfully execute projects end-to-end within budget and on schedule. This individual will be highly organized and have proven abilities to multi-task and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders. Experience in exhibits, interior design, and an understanding of how things are built is important. This position could lead to promotion to Project Manager.

**Experience Required**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in working as a Project Coordinator or equivalent
- Previous experience in interior design or construction industry is considered an asset
- Ability to read and understand construction and interior design drawings
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as AutoCAD and estimating software)
- Preferred, but not essential: AutoCAD, Sketchup and other types of design software.
- General project administration: estimating, purchasing, scheduling, meeting planning and documentation skills are required.
- Capable of managing multiple projects successfully at the same time
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.
- High level of integrity, honesty and initiative.
