We are currently seeking a motivated, personable, well-organized Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to take the first step into Project Management and make an impact by creating unique projects within a custom manufacturing shop.

The Project Coordinator will support the entire project life-cycle from initiation through to completion, and will act as a key point of contact for clients. Key role will be to serve as the information centre for projects and provide other involved parties key details, and alerting and briefing the PM when issues arise on a project. In order to carry out this function successfully, the Project Coordinator will need to become proficient with the Project Management software, and must enter and maintain all project information in the system.

Creating, maintaining, and monitoring schedules and resource plans and booking and issuing purchase requests, coordinating items needed to execute, creating and monitor tasks in our project management software, organizing meetings and drafting agendas and minutes, and organizing all project required paperwork are also key functions of the role. They will also assist with data entry, ensuring information is accurate and usable for all internal and external stakeholders, and assist Project Managers in preparing reports.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
