HR Generalist with Employee Relations Experience

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, supporting exits, processing documentation such as termination letters, salary change notices, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Employee Engagement: Creating initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement

In addition:

- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes and improve HR strategies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.

**Experience**
- Proven minimum 3+ years of experience in human resources including employee relations.
- Conflict resolution, mediation training desirable.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform HR practices.
- Experience in training development and implementation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and designations:
**Must have a Bachelor's Degree, CHRP - asset**

Please take note this is a short term 3 month hybrid work opportunity with the possibility of an additional 3 months' extension.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
