**LEGENDS**

**THE ROLE**

The Suite Porter is responsible for setting up all aspects of each suite based on the individual order. This includes equipment and small wares to company standards.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Review suite contracts
- Suites setup for pre-order menu
- Setup of equipment, vessels, small wares, etc. as per each suite's requirements
- Delivery of pre-order beverages
- Polish chafers and any other relevant equipment
- Ensure dishwashers were turned on and working
- Ensure sufficient quantity of glassware, china, and cutlery is available
- Any other duties assigned by Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Smart Serve certification.
- Completion of high school diploma or in process.
- Solid organization skills and understanding of multi tasking/time management skills.
- Must be able to work independently
- Team player and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate potential challenges with set-ups are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
Location: On Site

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop.
