Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Inflight Management Team with regards to staffing numbers.
- Leverage all aspects of the applicant tracking system to create efficiencies within the recruitment process.
- Partner with Porter Talent and key stakeholders to create a consistent hiring process.
- Support the onboarding and training coordination in partnership with in-flight training supervisors.
- Work closely with Porter Talent to plan and execute career fairs and campus recruitment events to promote Porter.
- Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations, understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Able to travel when required
- Aviation experience, preferably as a cabin crew member, is required
- Experience in recruitment is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Porter brand and service standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web-based tools and Google Workspace
- Ability to secure restricted airport security clearance
