The Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail oriented and highly customer focused Business Intelligence Lead to manage the development of a Data Warehouse and BI based solution.

The BI lead will participate in the execution of the end-to-end DWH and BI projects, assisting and leading follow teammates on performing day to day operation on BI related projects.
Reports to Director, Application Strategy

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for organization.
- Perform analysis on specific processes and provide appropriate results.
- Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
- Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests on same.
- Administer projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives.
- Manage and customize all ETL processes as per customer requirement and analyze all processes for same.
- Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project.
- Perform assessment on all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for various reporting solutions.
- Maintain and transform all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget.
- Coordinate with data generators and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.
- Monitor work of the Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all client objectives.
- Manage all data for transactional sources and prepare effective reports.

**Qualifications**:

- 10 + years of overall IT experience in hands-on Data Warehouse and BI related projects
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Hands on experience with MS Power BI
- 7+ of lead experience in managing BI related projects. PMP certified
- Strong understanding of modern Data Warehouse related solutions
- Demonstrable experience working closely with Sales and Marketing groups
- Experience working within the manufacturing and/or building industries is desired.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
