**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of data warehouse solutions using SQL Server, ADF, and other ETL tools.
- Build and optimize databases, data warehouses, and data marts, with a focus on delta/incremental and full loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design data models, and develop ETL programs.
- Implement best practices for data modeling, including snowflake and star schema models, and slowly changing dimensions.
- Conduct performance optimization and tuning of databases and ETL processes to ensure optimal system performance.
- Work closely with designers, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- Liaise with project managers, quality assurance analysts, and business intelligence consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and implement technical enhancements of the data warehouse as required, in alignment with business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience working as a Business Intelligence Consultant or similar role is required.
- String experience working with SQL Server, ADF, and T-SQL development is a must.
- Proven experience in building databases, data warehouses, and data marts, with a focus on delta/incremental and full loads.
- Experience with ETL tools such as SQL Server, ADF, and cloud-based tools is required.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and tools, such as SAP Power Designer.
- Knowledge of database performance optimization techniques and ability to conduct unit tests.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is preferred.
