Consultant – Business Intelligence

At VS Consulting Group, we partner with our clients to leverage data and technology to drive business efficiency and strategic decision‑making. Our team delivers business intelligence (BI) solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant with expertise in data analysis, modeling, and BI strategy, to help clients optimize their reporting capabilities. In this role, you will also work with ERP/CRM systems to integrate and enhance data models, providing impactful solutions that support decision‑making and business performance.

A dynamic and proactive professional with experience in data analytics and business intelligence.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or any related fields. Typical experience requirements apply.

Skill and Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with experience in data modeling and ERP/CRM systems.

- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools for data visualization and dashboard development.

- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling, including dimensional modeling and creating effective data structures.

- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and how to integrate them into BI solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and detail.

- Ability to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.

- Project management experience and a focus on BI system optimization and process improvement is a plus.

Primary Responsibility

- Develop, optimize, and manage BI solutions by integrating data from various sources, including ERP/CRM systems, to deliver actionable insights.

- Design and implement data models, ensuring they support business intelligence needs and improve reporting efficiency.

- Analyze business data trends to support strategic decision‑making and make recommendations for performance improvements.

- Manage BI projects from requirement gathering through delivery, ensuring timely and effective results.

- Train and support end‑users, enabling the adoption of BI tools and solutions.

- Continuously assess and improve BI systems and processes to align with evolving business requirements and technological advancements.
