Whether or not you have kitchen experience, our kitchen partners are put through a rigorous training program so that you excel as a chef and a leader. Our chefs are trained through our in-house training programs and also have the opportunity to pursue their chef certification.

**Cook Responsibilities**:
**As a First Cook, your responsibilities will include**:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Plan menus, determine size and food portions, estaimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Following daily tasks and routines outlined by your Sous Chefs + Head Chef
Assisting your fellow partners in maintaining a clean and safe working environment

We provide competitive wages, ranging from $17.00- $20.00/hour depending on experience and the role you are being selected for.

**Requirements**:
7 months to less than 1 year of cooking experience
Ability to work with urgency in a fast paced environment
Keen eye for detail with cleanliness and food quality
Great communication skills
Prior kitchen experience is an asset, but is not mandatory
