We are looking for welcoming **Hosts **to enhance our front door team at Birdies Eats & Drinks. As a Host, you set the tone for every customer experience, from the first hello to the last goodbye. To put it simply, the restaurant wouldn’t run smoothly without you

**As a Host, you will**:

- ** Create and maintain the flow of the restaurant.**_ _Create and maintain the flow of customers into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can deliver world class service.
- ** Work with technology to enhance the customer experience. **Support the service team using customer interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash,OpenTable and more.
- ** Create authentic connections in every interaction**. Elevate the customer experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with customers.
- ** Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. **Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
