As a **Commercial Lease Manager** at Jim Peplinski Leasing, you will be the catalyst behind hunting for new partnerships, caring for our existing clients and zeroing in on exciting opportunities that align with our target markets.

**As a key player on our sales team, you will**:

- Identify and pursue new fleet and individual lease opportunities to expand our client base.
- Handle lease quotations, renewals, and extensions with a keen attention to detail.
- Determine competitive pricing and locate vehicles that meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Provide a personalized follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain our CRM with up-to-date and relevant information for effective tracking and analysis.
- Take ownership of client growth and satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for your client base.

**What you bring to the table**:

- You've got at least 3-5 years of related experience under your belt.
- You're well seasoned in B2B commercial and industrial leasing.
- You have an unstoppable drive, a hunger to learn and undeniable energy.
- You have a natural ability to create and foster long-term and meaningful relationships with people.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and can negotiate with the toughest of customers.
- A proven ability to prospect and cultivate new business opportunities.
- You embrace technology as a tool to enhance your success.
- You currently call the GTA home - or are looking to make the move

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
