Looking for an **Experienced Barista* who lives in HRM** to join our team on **Saturdays and/or Sundays at our lively Halifax Farmers' Market (Brewery & Seaport locations).**
**Must be able to prepare high quality espresso drinks in a timely manner.**
**Other related tasks include: Brewing coffee, custom grinding coffee, use of basic Point of Sale terminal and maintaining an extremely clean work environment.**
**Only Baristas with *prior coffee shop experience in busy locations with a reasonable commuting distance to markets* will be considered.**
- Prepare quality espresso drinks efficiently and well
- Take initiative to clean work space throughout the day
- Enjoy meeting people & making their mornings better with coffee
- Have an awesome work ethic, be detailed minded & conscientious
- Be trustworthy, reliable & upbeat
- Must be able to commit to **at least one year**:
- Be a positive team player by helping others, be comfortable working at different stations and be a problem solver - no divas please.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.20-$16.00 per hour
