**Requirements include**:

- 1 - 2 years experience in a related position is required.
- A university degree in Business or a related discipline is well-regarded but not required.
- Fluency in French would be an asset but not required.
- Goal-oriented and a self-starter who can set priorities and solve problems.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled multitasker.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Comfortable with deadlines and balancing multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Evaluate data from multiple platforms to develop insights, reports, and recommendations.
- Analyze sales and market data to influence business decisions.
- Make recommendations for Assortment, Retail, Promotion, and store-level merchandising.
- Risk analysis as required.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of strategic plans.
- Communicate initiatives and activities to Sales Team.
- Provide administrative support to the team on budgets, sales, reports, etc.
