**Assembly Technician**

**Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble mechanical parts and components for diesel genset skids.
- Prepare and install battery cables, fuel lines, and other sub-assemblies.
- Test run gensets and complete QA documentation.
- Track and manage parts, fasteners, and materials required for assembly.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up and operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Take charge of deliverables, ensuring assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct some outdoor work during genset testing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Proven history of mechanical experience, with a strong background in hands-on mechanical work.
- Strong understanding of fasteners, torque specs, thread pitches, grades, and materials.
- Proficient with both hand and power tools.
- High degree of attention to detail (non-negotiable).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal instruction.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in both shop and outdoor environments.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

**Beneficial Qualifications**
- Supervisory or team lead experience.
- Forklift ticket.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
