Shift Vacancies:
**Day Shift Hours**:7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
**Key Tasks**
- Assist the Assembly Manager to monitor and facilitate production.
- Assist in monitoring efficiency of Assembly Technicians.
- Mentor best practices to improve efficiency and ensure production targets are met.
- Ensure the Assembly Technicians are adhering to all Norquest Industries procedures and policies.
- Ensure completion of tool assemblies according to the Assembly Instructions with 100% traceability on each tool.
- Ensure Hydro Test is being performed safely and with appropriate test information.
- Ensure operators are trained and follow all torquing instructions and procedures.
- Ensure accurate completion of NCR’s when required.
- Train Assembly Technicians and record training records.
- Complete tool assembly with the team.
- Comply with all HSE, QMS and Corporate policies at Norquest.
- Performs other duties as assigned by a Supervisor.
- Advise Norquest Senior Management on improved procedures and methods.
**Qualifications**
- Good leadership skills required.
- Supervisory experience an asset.
- Oil tool knowledge an asset.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Excellent time management skills required.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experienced Assembly Technician with minimum 2 years experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
